Green monster

The Green Monster


Ingredients:
2 Cups Raw Baby Spinach
1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
1 Cup Almond Milk (I prefer Unsweetened Vanilla)
1 Banana
Ice

Directions:
Combine all ingredients into blender in the following order: flax seeds, spinach, banana, milk, and ice. Blend well. Drink up!
