Oatmeal

2 Cups of rolled oats
2 Cups almond milk
1/2 tspoon vanilla extract
1/4 C. chopped pecans or walnuts or almonds
1-2 Cups of fresh fruit sliced. (peaches, apples, banana...)

Combine oats, milk and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Combine Oatmeal with nuts and fruit. Serve cold or hot!
