Delicious shake ideas

1 scoop of protein powder
fruit of your choice (banana, strawberries, blackberries ect...)
1/4 C. oats
1/2 C. water
ice cubes


Another idea, take the 1/4 C. oats out, blend everything else and then add 1/2 C. of rice crispy cereal.

Or, instead of 1/2 C. of water, replace with milk.
