Rice, Chicken, Black Bean Casserole

3 green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, pressed
2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 small can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1-2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can green chilies
2 TBS chopped cilantro
2 tsp ground cumin
1 cup cooked Jasmine rice (or any rice)
1/2 cup sour cream

Mix together and cook in casserole pan for 20-30 minutes, or until hot. Serve with fresh salsa, olives, gaucamole, and sour cream.
